My Approach
Every person, couple, and family I work with brings their own story, and I tailor therapy to meet you where you are. I’m trained in systemic frameworks including the Virginia Satir Model, Strategic, Structural, and General Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting, Sandtray, Adlerian Play Therapy, and mindfulness-informed talk therapy among others, all of which are aimed at honoring your strengths, needs, and pace.
As a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner, I offer a powerful body-mind modality that reaches places words can’t always touch. Rooted in the idea that “where you look affects how you feel,” Brainspotting helps tap into deeper emotional processing through eye-position and somatic focus, often offering profound insight and release with gentleness and care.

At the core of my work is a deep respect for your inner wisdom and capacity for growth. Drawing from Humanistic and experiential traditions, I focus on creating a therapy space where you feel deeply seen—not just as a set of symptoms or stories, but as a whole person with inherent value. My approach integrates mindfulness, family systems, emotional attunement, and the transformational principles of Virginia Satir’s Human Growth Model to help shift long-standing patterns, access core emotions, and support meaningful, lasting change. I don’t believe in rushing the process; together, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe, curious, and connected.
When you’re ready for therapy that’s grounded and transformative, compassionate and effective, I’m here. Whether your journey involves quiet reflection, relational reconnection, or deep emotional release, we'll move forward together, guided by attunement, warmth, and trust.
