Supervision
Clinical Supervision for MFTC & LPCC Candidates
Supportive. Structured. Rooted in Real-World Practice.

Supervision That Goes Beyond the Basics
As a pre-licensed therapist, you're not just collecting hours, you’re developing your clinical voice, shaping your identity, and laying the foundation for sustainable, ethical practice. I offer clinical supervision for MFTC and LPCC candidates in Colorado that balances structure, attunement, and practical guidance.
Together, we’ll create a space where you can grow your skills, explore challenges with confidence, and stay connected to the work that inspired you to become a therapist in the first place.

Supervision includes case consultation, documentation review, ethical decision-making, diagnostic formulation, and attention to self-care and burnout prevention. You'll be encouraged to bring your full self into supervision because your clinical work is shaped not just by your training, but by who you are.
My Supervision Style

I approach supervision as a collaborative and relational process. You can expect a warm, affirming environment where feedback is constructive, curiosity is encouraged, and we co-create a space for honest reflection. I draw from my own experience in trauma-informed care, systemic therapy, Brainspotting, and working across diverse settings from residential care to private practice.

Whether you’re navigating imposter syndrome, trying to fine-tune your theoretical orientation, or simply need someone to help make sense of tough clinical moments, supervision is your space to pause, reflect, and refocus.

Who I Work With
I supervise Marriage & Family Therapist Candidates (MFTC) and Licensed Professional Counselor Candidates (LPCC) working in a variety of settings, including:

-
Community mental health
-
Private practice associateships
-
Agencies serving youth, families, or marginalized populations
You might be just beginning your clinical journey or preparing to go out on your own. Wherever you are, supervision can be a grounding, energizing support.
Why Supervision Matters
This phase of your career is formative. The right supervision can shape not just your clinical skills, but how you care for yourself, relate to your work, and show up for clients. Supervision is also a chance to build a professional relationship where vulnerability and growth can happen side-by-side.

You’ll leave our work together with:
-
Greater clarity and confidence in your clinical decision-making
-
A stronger understanding of systems, ethics, and diagnoses
-
More alignment between your personal values and your professional practice
-
Practical support for navigating licensure and long-term goals
I am currently under mentorship to become an AAMFT approved supervisor. AAMFT Approved Supervisor, Linda Stilling, is my mentor. I offer individual supervision and may have limited availability for small group options. Supervision is available virtually or in person (depending on your location and needs). Please reach out to discuss availability and fit.
My Theoretical Orientation
If you're a pre-licensed therapist looking to deepen your understanding and application of the Virginia Satir Model, General Systems and Humanistic frameworks, I offer reflective, supportive supervision tailored to your needs. Whether you're just beginning to explore these powerful theories or are seeking to refine your integrative skills, I provide a space to grow in confidence, clarity, and congruence.
